What we collect, and why
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and the details of what you ordered. We use this only to fulfil your order, to contact you about it, and to meet our legal obligations. The legal basis is performance of a contract with you.
We do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled by PayPal, and we never see your card or bank credentials.
Who else sees your data
To get your order made and delivered, we share the minimum necessary with:
- Printful — prints and ships your order. They receive your name and delivery address. Printful fulfils orders from within the EU.
- PayPal — processes your payment, including iDEAL, Bancontact and card payments.
- WEDOS — hosts this website and our email, both inside the EU.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires. Anything not needed for that is deleted once your order is complete and the return period has passed.
Cookies
This site sets functional cookies needed for the shop to work — remembering your basket and your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to the email address above and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
